Fabulous food quality.

It was delightful with comfortable 4 poster bed, good enough for a wedding ceremony. The location was STUNNING and brilliant, near the restaurant, and the grounds.

Comfy bed in queen room with central heating, an iron and coffee/tea making equipment. Fine bathroom with a bath. Reasonable location in a comfortable area really close to the restaurant, the train station and the garden.

I stayed here for one night and loved the easy access to Pickmere Lake, just a short walk away, and the Knutsford Heritage Centre, perfect for a leisurely afternoon exploration despite the somewhat basic accommodations, but a little less variety in the dining options would be great.

I had an amazing two nights here with tasty meals, including the best steak & ale pie ever! The breakfast was freshly cooked, and the atmosphere was lovely and cute.

We loved exploring the beautiful area and visiting a few nearby attractions. The large beer garden was perfect, and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast had plenty of options, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

My room was a bit noisy in the evening, but it didn't ruin our experience at all.

Stylish, clean room with a lovely atmosphere. Enjoyed cozy seating near the fire.

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend trip

Spacious room, delicious breakfast, with the large walk-in shower and excellent hot breakfast cooked to order that included a good smoked haddock omelette.

I stayed in the Double Room with a four-poster bed. It was super cozy and felt spacious. Very traditional vibe! The room was clean, and the bathroom had good showers. Just wish there was a bit more air circulation as it got a little stuffy. A nice and comfy spot to rest after a long day!

The food was high quality with varied breakfast options. The large garden provided a pleasant outdoor space. The staff were friendly throughout my visit. A good experience 😊

Wonderful friendly staff, delicious food.

The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to. The evening meal, particularly the steak, was a highlight, prepared with care and tastefully presented. The room was immaculate, decoratively pleasing, and offered a restful atmosphere. Noise from the nearby road was noticeable at times, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.

The room felt spacious. Staff served friendly service throughout. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast. It hit the spot. Dinner options had a local microbrewery ale selection, a nice touch. The atmosphere in the pub was cozy and cute. A real highlight was the beautiful outdoor seating areas. Unfortunately, the noise levels from the pub were disruptive at night. The room could use some updating to feel more modern and comfortable but was still functional. The shower was decent, though the hot water took a while to come through. Easy to get around the countryside from here, but the nearby taxi service was limited, which might be an inconvenience if you need to travel.

The Golden Pheasant has got a lovely vibe, with a proper cozy bar to sink into a pint and freshly made sandwiches that are downright epic! Plus, the staff were really helpful when my partner's car broke down-talk about going the extra mile! Breakfast was delicious, too, setting us up for the day.

The breakfasts were fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and the staff provided really good service. The location was ideal for visiting the surrounding countryside.
